Legendary writer Haseen Moin dies at 79

Haseen moin was no more with us. A legendary writer who has lived with us from the last many decades finally joined the late club in Pakistan today. In Karachi she was died at the age of 79 years

Haseena moin was one of the greats of Pakistan writers. In her span of her career she not only written the drama and scripts on the issue but also tells her vision and pain of people through her writing.

Haseena was born in KANPUR and got early education in her home town after completing the basic education she graduated from the Government college for women in Karachi in M.A in  Art and history.

In 1947 she migrated from India with her family and initiated new life in Pakistan.

She had not only written some of the national award winning serials,dramas and radio programs but also she had written some of the best international acclaimed scripts.

Her unforgatable works includes

  1. Ankahi,
  2. Tanhaiyaan,
  3. Kiran Kahani,
  4. Dhoop Kinaray,
  5. Aahat,
  6. Uncle Urfi,
  7. Shehzori,
  8. Kohar,
  9. Des Pardes,
  10. Pal Do Pal,
  11. Aansoo,
  12. Kasak,
  13. Parchaiyan (1976) and
  14. Parosi

She also wrote web-series on Breast Cancer which will be available for the audience by next month.

The veteran writer not only a writer but she also joined Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf the current ruling party of Pakistan as a member and also support PTI in 2013 national election.

She also got Presdential award for his work in Pakistan which is one of the highest civilian award of Pakistan. She was surviving from cancer for last many years.

Her name and contribution will always be remembered by the nation.
